Responsible for selling and servicing customers within Home Improvement, Lawn and Garden, Tools, and Sporting Goods; maintaining knowledge of products and using this knowledge to assist and educate customers on options available; providing customer assistance; and delivering a positive customer shopping experience.

Responsible for the execution of all receiving activities including unloading merchandise, merchandise preparation and staging, outbound shipments, and daily stockroom activities. Assist in maintaining the stockroom in a neat, orderly and safe manner. Other duties include promptly serving the customer at merchandise pick-up, properly sorting merchandise, and properly using all material handling and safety equipment. Partners with Selling and Sales Support Associates to provide superior customer service. Unloads delivery trucks, moves merchandise to appropriate staging locations, and maintains stockrooms in a neat, orderly, and safe manner. Serves customers promptly at Merchandise Pick Up. Understands website navigation, and proactively leverages technology in order to facilitate the customer experience. Performs Fill Floor process multiple times per day based on business need, pulling and staging merchandise for Merchandising & Pricing Associate to place on the sales floor. Locates and pulls merchandise on Out of Stock Pull List, and stages merchandise for Merchandising & Pricing Associates to place on the sales floor. Locates and pulls merchandise and fixtures to support sales floor resets. Completes minor repairs of store stock and customer merchandise. Assembles merchandise for sales floor display and customer sales. Completes point of sale equipment repair and assists Facility team as required. Inspects returned merchandise, and determines proper disposition or handling

First Sergeant of the Stryker Bradley Instructor Company; responsible for the training, health, welfare, discipline, and morale of 51 Noncommissioned Officers; responsible for the maintenance and operational readiness of 6 BFVs, 6 Strykers, and essential organizational equipment valued in excess of 75 million dollars; duties include accountability, counseling and dissemination of information; senior enlisted advisor to the commander; oversees the conduct of four separate POI's (Bradley Master Gunner School, Bradley Leaders Course, Stryker Master Trainers Course, and the Stryker Leaders Course), which train over 1600 students annually.

Operations NCOIC of a TRADOC/USAIC Battalion consisting of six companies and an authorized strength of 623 Soldiers and civilian personnel, 230 tactical vehicles including 61 Bradley Fighting Vehicles, 20 Stryker Vehicles, 18 Conduct of Fire Trainers, four Bradley Advanced Tactical Trainers and one muti-purpose range complex valued in excess of 8 million dollars; adviser to the Operations Officer regarding unit operations, battalion taskings, land management, ammunition, schools and training; responsible for the welfare, discipline, accountability and training of a 40 Soldier mixed gender/MOS platoon.

Battalion Master Gunner for a M2A2ODS BFV equipped Infantry Battalion with over 780 Soldiers; serves as an adviser to the Battalion Commander and Battalion Operations Officer on all matters related to selection, training, qualification, and sustainment of 44 M2A2ODS BFV crews; assists in planning, allocation, and synchronization of training resources to include time, land, ammunition, equipment, and facilities; assists in the preparation of long and short range training programs; performs duties as a battle captain in the Task Force's Tactical Operation Center.

Platoon Sergeant in a Mechanized Infantry Company in a Brigade Unit of Action Armor Battalion; responsible for the discipline, training, logistics, tactical employment and welfare of 41 Soldiers; supervises the maintenance, readiness, and accountability of the platoon's weapons and equipment, valued at over $12,500,000; conducts pre-combat inspections, ensures casualty evaluation plan is complete and commands task-organized elements in the platoon during tactical operations.

Bradley Fighting Vehicle Master Gunner in a Mechanized Infantry Company in a Brigade Unit of Action Armor Battalion; assists and advises the Company Commander in planning, development, execution, and evaluation of all Bradley Gunnery related training which includes records management of Gunnery, BGST, UCOFT training and turbulence rosters; provides quality assurance of all maintenance and day to day operations; supervises the training, discipline, moral and welfare of 10 Soldiers.

Section Leader for a M2A2ODS BFV equipped Infantry Platoon; responsible for the health, welfare, discipline, esprit de corps, moral and accountability of a five man Bradley Fighting Vehicle Section; further responsible for the accountability and maintenance of weapon systems and associated equipment assigned to the section valued at an excess of $2.2 million dollars. Receives, reacts, and issues fire commands; receives and issues orders; calls for and adjusts indirect fires; develops junior leaders and Soldiers in the section; trained to standard all tasks related to the Company METL.
