I began my professional life as an actor, touring and performing on stage and screen before switching career tracks, attending law school and practicing law in a small firm I founded with a classmate from UNC. Compelled by a desire to do more good in the world, I then spent ten years managing nonprofit organizations in the performing arts, marginalized youth and environmental sectors before returning to the performing arts as an award winning playwright and screenwriter.That is the winding road that led me to a 17-year career leveraging the art and science of performance to deliver impactful, transformative personal and professional development experiences for clients all over the world. I now weave all the strands of my personal and professional journey together in my role as Associate Partner at Performance of a Lifetime, leading global teams that practice our unique approach for some of our marquis clients in professional services, pharmaceuticals, and finance. My background means I bring both a wide perspective and an acute focus to building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. I take immense satisfaction in helping people leverage their creativity and intellect to become more than who they are now, helping them discover their own unrealized potential and live into their innate human capacity for creativity, empathy, and lifelong growth and development.

    I founded Terry Milner Creative (TMC) in 2017 to manage my broad portfolio of artistic and business endeavors.
