I am a Clinical Informatics and EMR Adoption Specialist, on a Clinical Informatics Team who works to use information, data and electronic information systems to improve and transform how care and services are provided to patients. I am passionate about quality improvement, change management, and integrating clinical information and knowledge with technology to manage and integrate health information.Currently working with the 10+ year clinical quality improvement and digital transformation SaferCare project in NH to improve the safety and effectiveness of care in northern BC hospitals, health centres and long-term care facilities, and also supporting NH on the Provincial DRO project, and the Provincial Clinical Outcomes Advisory Committee. Experienced in facilitating and supporting digital transformations in acute, community and primary care. I have extensive experience as a frontline clinical leader in Outpatient (Ambulatory) Service delivery and as Medical Imaging technologist with experience across Northern BC. Experienced Paramedic with 28 years of service in the BC Ambulance Service.
