This position entails leading and managing a team of client service representatives who are responsible for client relationship, daily issues resolution, enhancement and request integration, documentation maintenance and interdepartmental liaison. The person will have the ability to create and drive the vision for the team as well as lead the team of client service representatives toward a common goal: proactive growth oriented client relationships. The role also requires that the person be creative in solving multiple technical and business problems concurrently. Solid experience in customer service, issue resolution, project definition and management, software development process, product support and documentation is required along with excellent people management and communication skills in a team oriented work environment including the capability of speaking comfortably to external customers and representing the company in various business settings
