Mr. Muller is a widely experienced environmental manager committed to best practice standards in regulatory compliance, due diligence property assessment, Brownfield property investigation and remediation, environmental risk assessment, and environmental health and safety,.Over the past 25+ years, He has gained extensive experience in managing solid and hazardous wastes, both as a regulator and as a consultant. Mr. Muller oversees compliance at industrial, sanitary and demolition landfills, waste processing facilities and hazardous waste generators. He has lead initiatives to research and write solid waste regulations using significant stakeholder input and has provided important content to solid waste policy plans.As a consultant and regulator, Mr. Muller has managed over 400 Phase I and Phase II environmental property assessments, and has guided responsible parties and developers through Brownfield redevelopment regulations. Remediation projects have included properties with petroleum and hazardous waste contamination, including remedial work on Superfund sites in 5 states.In addition, he has conducted environmental facility audits and provided solid and hazardous waste management services for clients including Andersen Windows and 3M.Mr. Muller has trained internal employees and external clients in health and safety subjects including respiratory protection, hazard awareness, chemical safety, and spill response and cleanup as part of 29 CFR 1910.120 requirements.
