Leading strategy development across channels, enabling retail teams to deliver exceptional behavioural change and improved business practices. Accountable for devising, developing and implementing cross channel projects, achieving sustained growth. Also accountable for managing the entire retail cost base for labour controls and discretionary spend.

Managed labour budgets of circa £65m efficiencies and targeted growth potential around key trading events. Led thinking and delivery of consistent process improvements across all retail formats throughout the Uk & ROI.Led team of Analysts and Continuous Change charged with improving in store processes, and providing vital intelligence back into the Centre that enhanced thinking and ways of working.

Full P&L accountability for a £25m and 30 store area. Accountable for driving sales through effective behavioural leadership. Building store portfolio by finding and costing proposed new sites and bringing new business to the Company
