Effective and profitable management of a 'Multi-tenants' house whilst the tenant makes a decision with regards to the future of the establishment.Duties included: Catering to a varied menu, complying with hygiene legislation. Preparing cask conditioned beers for sale (x3), cellar hygiene and management. Accounting for all stock and money received. Recruitment and training of staff (bar/kitchen/waiting staff). Compliance with licensing law and all relevant health and safety law. Setting up and operating food safety monitoring systems and records. Raising house standards. Promoting house efficiency. Stock ordering. Effective management of staff hours.
