Grounds for upgrading had to be justified and creative solutions to H&S issues presented before instructing the design, implementation and completion on site via the normal contract administration process including tendering. Structural Engineer with firm of Consulting Structural Engineers (1991 - 1993) - Pioneered the design work for the design of mobile phone installations particularly on roof top sites. Used initiatives to project manage and develop the design process with other when the work load increased.
