I handled all aspects of volunteer coordination. The committee had 12 participants. We utilized all forms of communication in a concerted lobbying effort in regards to all aspects of Veterans issues.This included 1.The formation of the Court Of Veterans Appeals 2.The issuing of a Congressional Charter to the Vietnam Veterans of America (This was accomplished by myself and the Rochester Chapter 20 Veterans as indicated by National Staff) We provoked the passage of a Legislative Resolution in support of the receiving of a Congressional Charter for Vietnam Veterans of America The provocation was aimed at the New York State Legislature. This passed without a single vote of "NAY".3.The start-up of certified ID process at all state and federal Correctional Facilities for their veterans populations. (incarceration) We all went ballistic. These actual statistics indicated that the ID project and a needed Veterans advocacy Lowered the Veterans prison population by 38.4%

I was a Hull Technician 3rd Class I served onboard the USS Bordelon DD881. I was the Race Relations Coordinator(Admiral Zumewalt executive order).That position held more authority than the Captain . Only ever elected authoritarian position in Navy.I was also reccommended for the Distinguished Service Ribbon(not to be confused with Distinguished Service Cross)Participated in Military Base Realignment Project.This covered all aspects of "shrinking"the military for economic reasons.I was awarded the New York State Conspicuous Service Cross.(a one time only medal) by New Yorks Governor George Pataki (March 26,1999)
