Responsible for company-wide Variance Analysis model/reporting for actuals based five variance drivers (FX, Price,Volume,Inflation,Mix). Repsonsible for maintenance of models as well as enhancements. Also responsible for variance analysis reporting for Outlooks and Forecasts.

CFR (Corp Finance Review) preparation including explaination of IPV, PPV and material cost variances, escalation point for cost issues for the Americas, documentation of all processes and work instructions for transistion of the team to Malaysia, as well as served as lead through the transition of the team.
