CurrentAdvisor to the Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency on matters related to chemical security, emergency communication, bombing prevention, and risk management. Worked closely with committee staff in both House and Senate on development and passage of the Protecting and Securing Chemical Facilities from Terrorist Attacks Act which was signed into law by President Obama and three subsequent extensions signed by President Trump.Coordinated efforts across government and industry stakeholders to secure passage of S.4148 which was signed into law (PL 116-50) in July 2020.Served as primary liaison between CISA leadership and chemical industry stakeholders such as National Association of Manufacturers, National Association of Chemical Distributors, and American Chemistry Council.
