Coordinate events for the Field Sales, Field Marketing, and Community Agent teams to attend as exhibitors to obtain sales opportunities. This includes working with school districts and education associations to coordinate logistics and manage the calendar of events. Order, manage, and distribute our inventory of booth materials to PEMCO representatives attending events. Manage payment of PEMCO sponsorships, booth fees, education awards, and partnership fees for the Field Marketing program. Create and coordinate reporting of team results and expenses.

Provide administrative support for the Sales Director and Senior Education Representative for Field Marketing.Manage calendar of Educator Events and Benefit Fairs for Sales opportunities. Register for events and fairs, coordinate logistics with the event managers, Senior Education Representative, and Sales Agents. Coordinate educator event request for PEMCO ads and logos for their events and websites. Manage Educator Contact list and send requests for upcoming benefit fair dates.

Elicited and documented the requirements for an employee directory project which resulted in a single repository of employee data controlled through processes and system permissions. Elicited and documented the requirements for improving address standardization in the policy processing system which resulted in an easier to use application.Designed the operational business processes for the policy processing system which was used in organizational structure recommendations and provided a foundation for training staff on the new system. Developed and led the improvement efforts for both technical and people processes and procedures resulting in increased efficiency and consistency in how the work is done. Served as the point of contact for the business on process and procedure questions and issues, collaborating with others to determine a resolution.Created and managed adhoc management reports for system issues.

Conducted project training needs analysis for the business units resulting in a determination of the type of training or educational materials needed for the change. Developed, edited and approved project training/educational material and user guides for all impacted departments which reduced inconsistent information.

Provided program/project administration and analysis skills for implementation of the new processing systems for the School Employees Credit Union of Washington (SECUWA), EvergreenBank, and PEMCO Mutual Insurance Company. Using Microsoft Project, established the program plan and tracked, monitored, and reported on project status.Created a shared project directory with standard folder structure which resulted in a central location all project team members could access to store and review project documentation.
