Job Responsibilities:-Coordinate structured efforts to secure temporary/permanent employment vacancies for qualified candidates accurately matching the client’s requirements with the credentials of the applicants.- Determine eligibility of candidates through interviewing, reference checks, technical screening and other background verifications.- Negotiate contract terms, hourly rates and full-time salaries with appropriate candidates.- Responsible for marketing the company’s services, increasing business within corporate accounts, and improving the quality of service provided to clients.- Maintain client/consultant relationships
