• Duties include management of 4 direct sales staff, nationwide rep network & distributor training. New product development based on market demands• Established Pacific Rim sourcing for US Seal Value Guard line of seals both inch & metric. Report directly to U.S. Seal Mfg. General Manager. • International sales duties include establishing a distributor network in Canada, Mexico and in Central & South America. Work directly with the accounts to promote mechanical seals to fill their specific market needs including industrial, commercial & food & beverage markets.

• Responsible for sales of mechanical seals and other specialized fluid sealing products worldwide.• Managed a direct sales staff of six and three reps. Responsible for world sourcing of mechanical seal components.• Responsible for establishing the quality control guidelines on seal part inspection.• Responsible for new seal designs and engineering. Implemented a seal repair program including the acquisition of lapping machines, bead blasters, ultrasonic cleaners and optical measuring equipment.• Established metal bellows seal program at USX Gary Works coke plant that has drastically reduced their mean time between failures.
