An experienced lead analyst with BI & process improvement skills and a hands on approach to problem resolution - performance improvement and establishing insight-led decision making is a vocation. What floats my boat is not just the internal optimisation of specific departmental function, or the better targeting of operational activity to external market needs, but the development of a wider 'whole-system' approach to decision making with improved oversight of across-operation dependencies. Formerly - as Principal Analyst and Research Director at Gartner for Call Centre and CRM related applications I was responsible for business information and consultancy services focussed on the process workflows underpinning business process management. Currently - as a Systems Strategy Support lead for NHSEI in the South West region I am currently supporting Health & Care systems with their longer-term planning, operational development and performance improvement.
