At Tellus Equipment Solutions, my mission is to create a secure environment that aligns with our organizational values of integrity and excellence. My approach integrates goal setting with robust security measures to protect over $250 million in company assets across multiple locations, demonstrating my commitment to operational security and risk mitigation.In my role at Tellus Equipment Solutions, I developed and now manage a comprehensive security program that spans 27 locations. This initiative is instrumental in preventing violence, fraud, and theft, ensuring the safety of our associates and the continuity of business operations. My background with the FBI as a Task Force Officer in federal and state fraud investigations has equipped me with a unique skill set that I leverage in conducting meticulous security investigations and setting strategic goals to fortify our company's defense mechanisms.Since the implementation of my comprehensive security program at Tellus, we have observed remarkable improvements. Previously, Tellus experienced equipment losses amounting to nearly $500,000 annually. However, over the past year, these losses have been reduced to just over $25,000. Additionally, there has been a significant decrease in attempted thefts, underscoring the effectiveness of this security plan.
