* Fields inbound technician and customer support phone calls and on-site support* In house industrial repair and troubleshooting of coffee machines including Bunn, Keurig, Curtis, Newco, Nespresso, Starbucks, Confection, VKI, and Flavia.* Train field service technicians on machine systems, operations and repairs including high end computer operated coffee systems.* Provides technical support, follows-up on preventive maintenance (PM) status.* Refurbish all machines for replacement or new installs.* Repair machines with voltages of 110 to 220 v.* Deliming of all hot tanks and rebuild of valves.* Setting up all machines to factory specifications.

* In house repair and troubleshoot of Flavia C-200 and C-400 Coffee brewers. * Troubleshooting of hot tanks, water pumps, water pumps, water lines, handling mechanism, power supply and programming of boards* Onsite product training for customers on products and related technology. * Installed new and refurbished machines at customer locations.* Travel to coffee distributors including Standard and Aramark to conduct service training; assist in repairing and installing machines at customer site and warehouse locations.

* Provide customer assistance in selecting and purchasing merchandise.* Supervised, coached, and developed student workers on SOPs and Customer Service skills* Maintaining and stocking inventory in the store* Worked with suppliers and wholesalers to return damaged supplies and product issues* Handle money, issue receipts, operate cash register and reconcile cash drawer* Balance Registers and run sales reports* Responsible for general operation in the Store Manager’s absence

* Assist in day-to-day operations of mail services team, as needed* Coordinate scheduling and coverage for mailroom staff to always ensure efficient and appropriate customer service * Oversee the pickup of all inter-office envelopes from all floors, deliver all early morning inter-office mail * Ensure the Mailroom staff is cross trained on all functions * Manage and run large print jobs, as requested * Keep up to date on Postal Rates and Regulations and maintain adequate postage in all postage meters to ensure all mail is metered and mailed daily. * Review outgoing mail and packages to determine best and most economical way to ship.* Maintaining an inventory of supplies and parts for all machines to insure non-interrupted services.* Operate and manage upkeep for all Mailroom machines * Maintain, organize, and schedule mass mailings* Track and verify quality of data entry from all sources.* Maintain records for mail and business reply to accounts.* Assist/Support Manager for assigned projects

* Repair postage machines and related mechanical equipment,* Install, align, and balance new equipment at the customer’s site.* Utilize hand dolls and testing equipment to perform maintenance.* Train customers on equipment. * Maintain knowledge of manufacturer’s equipment specifications.* Responds to service calls to evaluate, diagnose, and perform repair and planned maintenance on large and complex customers' equipment * Performs Preventative Maintenance, Safety Inspections, and Field Modification Instruction in one or more modalities of equipment, ensuring equipment and systems are fully operational* Maintains communication with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.

* Conduct testing and inspections of Paragon systems and other related mailing systems under maintenance agreements.* Responsible for repairing, calibrating, and installing company-owned equipment at customer’s site* Make recommendations regarding both systems installations and service contracts* Report daily on activities completed or deferred, requiring further action. * Participate in On-Call assignments / schedules as required.

* Supervise the daily activities of the mail operation including mail processing and preparation for delivery and pick up.* Maintain record on volume of mail and postage costs.* Prepare incoming and outgoing mail for distribution.* Manage mailroom and sub department services.* Upgrade and improve mailroom equipment.
