As the assistant coordinator of an extended campus of South Mountain Community College, I am responsible for numerous task on the site. I have to organize and schedule classes, programs, and meetings for community organizations. This include the days, times and placement of these events in 12 rooms which occur multiple times throughout the week. In order to keep the events organized, I construct excel spreadsheets displaying the rooms and the activities that are occurring in them during specific time. In addition, I am also in charge of maintaining the facilities at the offsite. This includes keeping the rooms clean, utilities functional, and technological trouble shooting. I also maintain multiple renting accounts from organizations that rent facilities from a monthly to weekly basis.
