I was originally employed with Kelly Software as a software developer, using programming languages HTML, VB and ASP. However, when the company started to expand there was a great need for an IT Trainer within the company. I found myself leading this role and being responsible for in-house training and client training. I was solely accountable for the implementation and delivering of IT related training courses. With my Art's Degree specialising in IT and my Diploma in Training and Development I was able to achieve FAS approval for Kelly Software for all of my training programs. This meant that our clients could claim back up to 80% of their training costs.
