Principal duties include general overview of daily business of the construction company, generating new client contacts and project management of construction projects. Also:► Created schedules and road maps for projects valued between $50,000 and $4.7 million► Identified special circumstances and constraints during projects to develop solutions and alternatives specific to the client and the issues► Created and maintained successful industrial and medical client base as well as relationships with professional engineers and architects► Consulted with clients to define objectives and develop scopes from the conception of the project, including project feasibility and budgeting requirements.

In this position I participated in a broad range of duties on the sites. Managed multi-person, multi-discipline teams to achieve goals and keep projects on schedule with minimal interruptions.
