Technology Head at SP-Ausnet DOMS project, with responsibility for a 15 month PowerOn Fusion implementation at SP-Ausnet. Project covers Business (Processes, Change Mgt, Training), Technology (Build, Environments, Data Migration, Reporting, Architecture), and Testing streams tasked with modifying the necessary processes and systems to maximise the benefit.

Head of Service Delivery across all of MSat's activity at NAB. Includes core Banking application support and enhancement, testing services, virtualized desktop infrastructure service, plus assorted consultancies etc. Managed a team of 200+ with members spread across 3-4 geographic locations.

Moved into oversight of both Sensis and Telstra's CS portfolios. Was responsible for ensuring quality delivery of business critical systems across a team of ~100+ Associates, with ~70% located offshore.

Oversaw the establishment of Support and Enhancement services for Sensis' Trading Post brand, based on Intershop's Enfinity platform. Expanded Satyam's footprint into several other verticals within Sensis, plus established an Enterprise testing service.

Started as Program Manager overseeing delivery of all Projects in Satyam's Telstra Corporate Solutions Portfolio. Included oversight of Support and Project work in several Business Critical Enterprise systems overseen by Telstra's Enterprise Solution Centre.

Headed up Convergys' on-site delivery arm for the Telstra Account. Convergys had 2 instances of its Wizard convergent billing system installed - at BigPond and FoxTel.

Had various roles at key customer (Optus Outsourcing) site for majority of tenure, ending up heading this operation. Moved to a project to be launched in China but bird flu outbreak scuttled these plans and resulted in redundancy.

Headed up all technical aspects of this Medical Software development company and oversaw the re-development of their core product - a Pathology MIS. Drove the implementation of same in several sites in SE Asia (their main market).
