Over the past decade, Terry has utilized his base skillset in civil and geotechnical engineering to aid in understanding the engineering industry from both the technical and business perspective. Similar to his days as a Syracuse University Divison I track and field star, Terry continues to work hard so as to always add value to the teams with which he participates. Most recently, Terry has emerged as an absolute unit in his role as estimator/cost analyst for DN Tanks. What Terry loves the most about his work at DN Tanks is the competitive nature and drive for the results that other members of the team display. This environment pushes Terry beyond limits since it is his nature to strive to be the best in everything he does. As if a successful career in engineering and cost analytics were not enough, Terry has concurrently turned his hobby, entrepreneurship, into a passion project where he is now leading a team of 8 other young, driven, and very talented executives as they collectively build out Educated Socially (EDSO). Educated Socially is an online platform that provides a safe collaborative community for students no matter race or social status. While bridging the inequality gap within education, the platform adds tremendous value to students, educators, and educational institutions alike.
