Hired and supervised the construction and engineering company during the 4-month building period. Managed the construction process to control costs. Purchased or leased and coordinated installation of service equipment, computer systems, phone systems, and general office equipment.• Financial Management: Managed business relationship with Primus Financial to successfully secure a $2 million loan to acquire vehicle inventory.• Personnel Administration: Recruited, hired, trained, supervised, and evaluated performance for a staff of 12-13 sales and service personnel.
