About Terry Casey

Hello, my name is Terry Casey. I provide financial leadership to non-profit healthcare organizations. I've built accounting systems, productivity reporting systems, and dashboards for rapidly growing organizations. I've also managed the finances of companies in extremely difficult situations.Early in my career I did time studies and staffing analysis. I developed a detailed, data driven, goal oriented perspective.I have worked with people at all levels of the organization from Board members to front line staff. Many of these people have had outstanding financial skills. I've also worked with many wonderful people who don't balance their checkbook, don't read their pay stub, and have no inclination to workwith numbers.
