As the lead project manager for Flagship Tilt-Wall, I'm responsible for project budgets, managing personnel, planning and scheduling project timelines, purchasing, implementing the company safety program, reviewing and approving submittals, and developing and managing client relationships.Flagship Tilt-Wall (FTW) is a concrete tilt-wall construction company developed by professionals with years of experience, knowledge, and education in the concrete business. We have safely and successfully constructed millions of square feet of tilt-wall buildings, including all other types of concrete work. With a team of experts covering all aspects of the concrete subcontracting business, our objectives are safety, competitive pricing, quality completed projects and dedication to open communication. FTW has the capabilities to complete projects of all sizes through the US. We offer the ability to complete jobs in design-build, tilt-wall, cast in place, slabs on grade, mezzanines, foundations and unique concrete artistic jobs as well.
