Tertia has experience in deeds of sale (residential and commercial), property transfers and registrations, property finance, registration of mortgage bonds and other securities, drafting and registration of servitudes, certificates of registered title, certificates of consolidated titles, general plans, registration of townships, deeds office searches, land rights, rezoning, lease agreements and drafting antenuptial contracts. She has a keen interest in furthering client relationships and fulfills the role of client relationship manager at the bond centre.
