I've often been asked "So, what is it that you do?" - in short, I help people and businesses grow - and your business will never grow beyond you. So for your businesses to grow, the people need to grow!I have been blessed with an ability to "see" potential issues, "understand" scenarios, and then I use a variety of "tools" to help individuals and companies grow.I'm basically a Management Consultant who is an "Expert Generalist", in other words I know a lot about almost everything, and not everything about only one or two things. I work well with specialists and experts in various fields, and offer a "Fresh Eyes" approach to analysing the current situation before recommending solutions.I've done quite a bit of hands-on and formal training, and I don't believe in re-inventing the wheel, just as I don't believe we need to make our own mistakes - we definitely can learn from the mistakes of others - so I read quite a lot - and I try to spend time with successful people - people I look up to.
