Current>Successfully trained over one–hundred new hires on health, wellness. welfare and related benefit plans>Responsible for the daily activities and supervision of a team of 10-15 supporting established book of business>Effectively manage and monitor daily workflow and reporting to ensure business objectives are maintained and accurately reported and ensure resources are aligned appropriately across function and service center>Responsible for the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team adhering to department metrics>Visible and available to staff to answers questions, monitor calls and provide ongoing and immediate feedback>Identify and resolve routine problems. Sets priorities for and coaches team to meet company and departmental goals>Develop, motivates, evaluates and coach staff on work procedures, proper call handling and teamwork to deliver excellent customer service>Establish clear vision aligned with company values and motivate others to balance customer needs and business success
