Handle calls from customers who are thinking about switching service providers and/or disconnecting service. Duties include the following:- Problem solving to diffuse situations.- Track information and and apply consultative skills regarding services/pricing and competitors'.- Pointing out the value in Time Warner Cable Services and up selling products.- Maintaining a daily goal of retaining customers.

I assisted sales representatives out in the field, with keying their orders into our billing system (ICOMS). I supported them to assist the customers in a timely manor.
