• Trained with an audiologist in the assembly, programming and use of hearing aids for geriatric patients• Facilitated efficient patient flow by assisting in day to day operations, updating patient contact information, organizing medical supplies, and redesigning the practice’s filing system

Summer position• Responsible for managing the sales floor (engaging with customers, running checkout, organizing merchandise), often alone or as sales team leader• Organized inventory by checking in new items, assisting in ordering new inventory, and creating displays• Oriented new employees as a senior staff member and helped to implement a new electronic check out system
