Provides full program management and administrative support for the Cuyahoga Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) Coalition serving 14,000 low-income Cuyahoga County taxpayers. Leads marketing; volunteer recruitment; training and retention; site coordinator communications and training; oversee site operations and quality reviews for 25 VITA sites; and coordinates monthly/annual reporting. Assist in the coordination and oversight of site agreements and contracts with Coalition partners.

Served as the school's team leader and representative for Open Doors Academy, an out-of-school enrichment programming. Provided leadership through direct daily involvement with Middle School students, as well as assisting with collaboration with community partners, families, and the school.
