My first full time industry job that really showed me the ropes. Hemlea's is wholesaler which designs and develops ranges for various customers with the main ones being- The Warehouse and Farmers in New Zealand. I worked on Children's outerwear from newborn to size 16 teens. My roles included but were not limited to:-Preparing kits/packs for manufacturer-Quality Assurance - Checking fit, measurements, construction and quality at all stages of production-Development of spec sheets-Technical Illustrations-Communicating with suppliers-Approving trim/ lab dip/ strike offs etc
