BI project for Sustainability and CSRD: During the summer and fall, I worked on developing a Business Intelligence solution focused on sustainability and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Key tasks included:Evaluating Microsoft Sustainability Manager and ESG reporting tools.Exploring alternatives for CSRD compliance and sustainability reporting.Developing a BI solution to integrate sustainability data for strategic decision-makingThe project is on hold as I now start my BI analyst internship, but it has provided valuable industry insights and a strong foundation for future work.

Provide comprehensive customer assistance and product expertise at the information-service desk. Extensive knowledge of the product range and its functionality, ensuring customers receive accurate information. Responsible for managing home deliveries, overseeing warehouse operations, and playing a crucial role in logistics restocking for daily deliveries, including tasks like price marking, organization, and preparation for the next day.

I have primarily worked as a sectionleader in the restaurant and bistro, where I have had the main responsibility for the daily operations and scheduling of that department. My role includes ensuring that food is prepped and cooked on time in accordance with customer demand and food safety standards. Customer service and interaction is also among the primary duties of my role. In addition to this, I play a key role in training new employees. As a ''påfyllare'' in the restaurant and a sales associate in Swedish Food Market, I ensure that everything is well stocked, clean, organized, and correctly priced. I also have had significant influence in product placement.At FOOD, I have worked and have good knowledge of all work sections, including ''kallskänka'', logistics, ''påfyllare'', cashiering, sectionleader, dishes, and sales in IKEA's Swedish food market. I have always been the first to step in when cross-departmental cooperation is needed.
