This role requires me to handle confidential and sensitive medical information, make important decisions quickly and carry out varied tasks efficiently with little room for errors. Organisation and efficiency are incredibly important for this role. Just some of my daily tasks:*Daily statistics and SLAs reporting to management and the wider business.*Communicating with medical professionals on a daily basis*Investigating and approving invoices*Organising important medical documents that are sent to consultants*Accept and decline A/L requests from consultants & nurses*Planning MS teams meetings for the company, and managing the teams calendar*Managing and prioritising doctor’s workflow and calendars*Investigating and reporting GDPR breaches*Ensuring contracts and certificates are up to date*Recruiting doctors and contractors for our business and sending them a contract*Planning OHP inductions for the business*Training new team members on the business

My role was very customer based, which I enjoyed. I adapted to any situation I was faced with, and at times had to have difficult conversations with customers. I was able to help customers in a calm,warm and professional manner. Above all else, I maintained a good sense of humour!I had a 27 hour contract with Boots, 3 mornings of which I started at 7.30a.m. to take in deliveries and I was responsible for signing in the delivery, scanning it in and making sure it was all out on the shop floor in a timely manner.I was one of the two members of staff who were responsible for cashing up at the end of the day and securing the store by locking up with my set of keys. My daily duties consisted of counting the safe, opening up the store, and recording and ordering items needed for the next delivery. My role also involved processing patient prescriptions.

I worked part time, alongside my role in Boots, as a Sales Assistant at Millets. My daily role included providing good customer assistance to the general public, answering customer’s questions and queries and promoting good sales.I was trained on the electronic till and kiosk order system. I worked across various shifts of the day, sometimes starting at 6:30am to meet the delivery and finishing at 6.30pm. I was a trusted member of staff as I frequently held the store keys overnight and weekends.
