Current- Project Budget Monitoring: Oversee project budgets and contract end dates, ensuring financial accuracy and timely updates.- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project execution.- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between Managing Consultants, internal teams, and client stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project alignment.- Statement of Work Generation: Assist in the creation of detailed customer statements of work, outlining project deliverables and expectations.- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular management information reports to provide insights into project performance and progress.- Milestone Tracking: Assist in the planning and tracking of project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely project completion.- Forecasting and Process Governance: Support forecasting efforts and maintain adherence to established processes and governance standards.- Adaptability and Proactivity: Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive approach to support various business functions as needed, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organisation.
