I am considered good humoured and able to work independently to extremely tight deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail and creating lasting relationships with the teams and clients I encounter. My ambition is to reach the level of Creative Director or equivalent and be in a position to really steer the design and creative elements of each project I work on. As a team leader, I currently manage a team of three designers, which I am finding very enjoyable.
