I am Head of Creative Design, leading and shaping Creative Design for new business opportunities across EMEA.I have very strong conceptual design skills, with over 15 years experience and really understand the need to differentiate and truly stand out throughout the proposal process.I have the ability to think creatively across both digital and print channels to ensure the highest impact while creating truly bespoke and engaging multi-media projects.Driving innovation in all areas for client deliverables is a key focus of my role, while focusing mainly on digital technology and this ranges from video recording and editing, Adobe Digital Publishing Suite (DPS), Adobe Enterprise, Client Micro-sites and bespoke Client proposal/presentation iPad Apps. Leading all major high-value pitches and opportunities across EMEA.In 2014 I set up and established a video service in the Creative Design team to include video and multi-media content in our high end pitches and proposals to make them more bespoke and engaging.I have recently implemented the Adobe Enterprise Platform. This gives our clients a unique experience and the ability to interact with our ‘immersive content’ anywhere they choose and on any device of their choice.Over the last four years I have built up the Creative Design department, adding two new designers to our team due to our successes and our ability to constantly drive quality and add value. Manage a team of 3 designers, allocating work and planning how to resource the pipeline. Provide high quality graphics services supporting the United Kingdom and Ireland Business Development teams. Present ideas and concepts to client teams, influencing clients to choose an effective design and deliverable solution that differentiates us from our competitors, within time and budget requirements. Project manage design projects from concept through to production. Develop and design innovative ideas for client deliverables, ensuring all design work relates specifically to the client’s business needs. Work closely with the project teams to determine project timelines, cost and objectives.Effectively balance multiple priorities simultaneously and plan and schedule workload to meet client commitments and deadlines. Understand, implement and strictly adhere to the visual identity, quality standards and procedures established by Ernst & Young standards and guidelines. Pushing these guidelines, when required, is imperative to the brand not becoming stagnant. Effectively create layouts with strong typography and appropriate use of colour, images and fonts, enhancing readability.
