• Provide Support to sales reps. in Los Angeles and Chicago territories. o Enter Purchase Orders and Issue RAs/Credit Memos. o Assist with payment coordination and charge cards occasionally. o Provide reps. with LY and TY shipping reports and update them seasonally. o Provide all reps. and store managers with weekly inventory. o Prepare and send samples/line books to reps. for all five seasons.• Handle major accounts (Revolve, Zappos, Nordstrom, Amazon.com, Herroom.com). o Enter draft Purchase Orders and EDI order acceptance/EDI 860 Change Report. o Complete Product Information and create CADs for Nordstrom. o Complete FAP for Amazon. o Order labels and hangtags. o Review and Analyze sales reports to improve future ordering patterns.• Prepare, Assist and Attend New York and International Tradeshows (Coterie, Curve, Intermezzo, Capsule NY, Capsule Paris, Salon International De La Lingerie Paris) 20 shows yearly. o Enter orders/notes follow up/wrap ups. o Create in-depth recaps post Tradeshows (New York, Paris, LA Market, CALA and Chicago Market). o Generate Sales Order Selling reports after every major show. o Manage Paris show invites, appointments, set-up and follow-up communications with new target accounts.• Update Basics sell-thru by season report.• Lead educator and trainer for Fashion Software and color card creations.• Liaison with production and accounting departments to enhance business processes.
