Multiple roles for MOV including: Designing the one year "Aftercare Discipleship" program for men being released from our inside the prison work. Recruiting & training volunteers and staff members in the work of evangelism, follow up and disciple-making of men, women and children. We desire to Know Christ and Make Him Known. We serve many hurting men (and families) throughout middle TN - our staff gives hope, affirmation and essential training for a new future. I also get the privilege to teach and lead "hands on" through our classes for men and boys - providing crucial training in core identity issues & learning to live a new life. This is a complex and difficult ministry, but we are blessed to bring hope, equipping, tools and tangible help to these wounded men and impoverished children! We are more blessed to know that there is a real reason to have hope in this painful, messy, crazy world -- His name is JESUS! We try our best on a daily basis to lovingly lead folks to choose Him who is the only Way, Truth, and source of Life! All glory to God for the great work He is doing here -- His LOVE & GRACE continue to be amazing.

Director of Family / Children's ministry. Multiple roles at MOV include: recruiting for, training for and overseeing our mentoring program and providing guidance all other classes & programming for children (ages 4-19) and their mothers. Since launching this outreach to hurting families in middle TN, we have created a variety of fun, interactive classes that give children hope for their future as well as teach critical life skills & decision making principles! Also, I get to lead equipping classes dealing with core identity issues to men and children (all based on God's Word and principles). *My team serves an all too forgotten group.... the children of men in prison! They do not have a daddy present and their view of God is often very, very distorted because of the gross neglect they've endured. This is a complex and difficult ministry, but we are blessed to bring hope, equipping, tools and tangible help to these impoverished children and families! We are more blessed to know that there is a real reason to have hope in this painful, messy, crazy world -- His name is JESUS!! We try our best on a daily basis to lovingly lead folks to choose Him who is the only Way, Truth, and source of Life!! Why?
