Hello!!Thanks for visiting my profile. I am an electrical engineer graduated for 16 years, I have worked for large multinationals, always focused on providing complete products, services and technology solutions, from niche applications such as education, healthcare, fleet management and others to complex data center infrastructures , cloud computing and smart building, for the B2B market.I had the privilege of working in several areas such as product management, business development, pre-sales, project management and customer management. This experience, associated with the Executive MBA in the field of marketing and constant studies of new tools like design thinking, lean startup, MVP and others allowed me to look at the customer (external and internal) with another prism!
