Founder/Coach
I created Triple Threat Institute with the goal of bringing back the fundamentals and enthusiasm to girls basketball, which at the time, had been diminishing in Western Pennsylvania. I had a team of ten coaches, including myself, coaching and mentoring nine teams with players from various parts of the Greater Pittsburgh area. Much of my time went to community outreach to establish facility partnerships, guiding coaches, scholar-athletes, and families through the NCAA recruitment process, creating and leading professional development for coaches, and supporting the solicitation of athletic sponsorships and fundraising.
