• Spearheaded all aspects of wireless technology maintenance, including ALU call servers, NSN BSC/RNC equipment, software tools in NSN OSS, use of cisco 7705 routers, and NSN equipment associated with wireless cell towers.
• Held responsibility for the maintenance of all cellular equipment in central office, NSN Flexi, and multi BSC cell site technology.
• Leveraged deep knowledge of the Ericsson call server, GSM, AWS, PCS and LTE technologies, packet abis, Pseudowire Ethernet T1s, etc.

DMS 500/DEX 600 Maintenance TechnicianJob duties including:DMS 500 maintenance, DS0, DS1, and DS3 testing and turn-up, proficient in use of T-berd 950, 320, and 224 and Firebird 500, local and long distance trouble shooting issues, PRI testing and turn-up, proficient in use of Alcatel HDACSVL, and certified on the Titan 5320L Dacs and Alcatel 1630 Dacs.

Job Duties Including:DS1-OC48 testing and turn-up on Nortel equipment including: Nortel S/DMS transport node OC-192 and OC-48, fiber optic cable route maintenance and temporary splicing. Job duties including:DMS 100 maintenance and alarm clearing, trunk testing and turn-up, certified in Alcatel 1630 and 1631 SONET equipment, battery maintenance, proficient in Servord for entry of customer lines and features, ISDN testing, Rockwell 3003 mux, trouble ticket clearance, customer service and troubleshooting skills, and translations.

Capabilities including: wirerap, punchdown, terminate, lace, level, align, and secure equipment and cabling. Prior experience in power termination, and building cable rack and fiber optic management systems.
