• Collect, analyze, and utilize data on donor priorities and trends to identify new business opportunities, while also contributing to the development of a global partnership strategy and maintaining partner/donor mapping.• Develop project proposals tailored to attract funding from both public and private sources, resulting in the successful acquisition of grants or in-kind donations (5K€ to 2M€).• Nurture relationships with funding agencies to foster continued support and collaboration.• Ensure timely and high-quality production and submission of reports.• Provide comprehensive in-person and remote training to local teams on procedural, administrative, financial, accounting and MEAL matters.• Oversee grant contracts, ensuring compliance and accountability throughout the project lifecycle by maintaining adherence to donor procedures (protocols, AML/CFT policies, GDPR, etc.).• Implement due diligence and risk management mechanism.• Prepare for and facilitate external financial audits.

• Contribute to shaping the strategy and policies of the international program of ADRA France, particularly within the framework of the ADRA accreditation process.• Conduct research and analysis on donor priorities and funding opportunities.• Prepare funding applications, including project proposals, budgets, and logical frameworks.• Manage administrative and financial aspects of projects, including project agreements, monitoring and evaluation, budgeting, reporting, accountability, knowledge management, and ensuring compliance with international standards (Sphere, CHS) and organizational norms.• Produce communication materials (brochures, videos, project briefs, capacity statement, etc.) for marketing purposes and funding requests.

• Coordination of a public health program at the county level in France, aiming at reducing social and territorial inequalities towards health and proposing more coherent and locally adapted health care pathways ;• Monitoring and evaluation of the implemented actions.
