As a System Administrator at City of South Padre Island, I manage and maintain the city's network infrastructure and IT systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, and over five years of work experience in network support and technical assistance. I have also taught computer hardware courses as an instructor at Brightwood College, where I shared my knowledge and passion for technology with students. I have strong skills in network administration, technical support, and computer hardware, and I enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating with diverse teams, and learning new tools and techniques.
