Enjoying making vida a huge brand as its already is but each time I get involved on training the employees or Gm's I always put extra effort to make sure they are well trained I have gained a lot of experience really within South Africa and international etc Africa and Europe opening new stores for vida e caffe as a trainer and operator also , I can now say I know the business inside out because most of the stores that I go around opening they will be just built up then have to start them own my own with new employees that I will have to train while operating , serving customers at the same time I always make sure those are successful yet I am proud and dedicated to what I am doing I believe that as long as you have passion of what you doing then you are a legend of your own Love, respect of other people also very important especially in this kind of industry I am capable of doing anything in this environment I got all certificates of proving that I am qualified for this I got a level two food hygiene certificate that I got in UK selfridges, management,barista and baker certicate ......
