Set up the new center for Apollo in Ba Dinh District, managing the both local and foreigner staffs, responsible for daily operation & reach the revenue target of the center for the whole year. Cooperate to organize marketing activities to encourage new student to the center. - Support Academic Team to recruit qualified teachers. Maintain good relationship with other teacher team nationwide.- Budget management;- Develop, improve and add value to Apollo's Center operations in line with the strategic goals of the Center and the organization;- To make sure that the Center’s image and operations reflect the Apollo brand image and behaviors.- Other duties as assigned by the General Director

- Be the owner of the annual marketing & communications plan for the company in Northern- Work closely across all the center in term of internal communications and seeking proactive opportunities and planned promotions- Develop and own promotional activities, marketing channels and the production of marketing materials for specific events, make sure that it is aligned with the specific brand identity and brand standards.- Implement PR campaigns to promotion of the service.- Build and manage good relation with the media including print, online, TV channels, authorities, DOET, etc…- Other tasks as assigned by Marketing Manager

- Maintain & update the customer database, Sales data.- Follow up & responsible for sale programs regist on time on Company internal system..- Monthly calculations for Dealers & Salesman incentive. - Manage Customers data base. - Sales order dispatching/ invoicing/ delivering/ paying.- Cooperate with Sales & production dept. to make Product allocation plan to branch office nationwide.- Prepare daily PSI (Purchase/ Sale/ Inventory) report.- Contact with Oversea Suppliers for monthly/ Quartly / Yearly Material purchase plan.- Supervise, trains and coaches Sale Admin staff so that the activities are completed accurately on time.- Report directly to Financial Director, Sales & Marketing Director

Main responsibility - Be the owner of monthly- based communication plan and project – based communication plan and follow the plan with allowed budget on media – related activities of the company.- In charge of press release for the activities and new products of the company and related market information.- Be the event owner for press conference, media brief - Be the official contact point and responsible for company information to the publicity.
