Interface daily with the COO and other executives to effectively communicate corporate objectives and project status updates.NOTABLE HIGHLIGHTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS:• Acted as project manager through the transition of the HealthTrackRx, AIT Laboratories and PCLS merger. Managed sales, demographic, physician, and billing data as well as clinical test results for 1200 daily samples and 500 physicians utilizing multiple sites for testing and billing through the three company merger.• Performed lean analysis on the Sample Accessioning Department processes. Project resulted in a 2 hour reduction in daily processing time of 1200 samples and a 50-100 hour reduction in weeklydepartmental overtime.• Automated insurance appeal process by combining elements from the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) software, Laboratory Information System (LIS) and payor specific forms into an assembled packet with a button push. Also developed a program to systematically correct and resubmit claims through our web based RCM suite.• Audited and corrected corporate client billing system, resulting in 100% invoice accuracy, DSO reduction of 30 days, and collection of $250K in outstanding balances.• Managed corporate billing policies as RCM software administrator and as a member of the File Maintenance Committee. Stabilized cash flow through successive 30% reimbursement cuts in both 2015 and 2016 preparing organization for eventual sale.

JOB DESCRIPTION:Organized and coordinated all stakeholders to bring laboratory tests to market for an ISO, CAP, COLA and CLIA certified laboratory through all phases of development from inception and research through operations integration, marketing and sales for 14 product launches.NOTABLE HIGHLIGHTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS:• Managed the restructuring of the Revenue Cycle Management department and billing practices. Project resulted in $8M recovered revenue.• Developed an automated mechanism to deliver industry-best analytics package to customers demonstrating patient trends and compliance protocol evaluations for the physician’s patient population• Contributed to the design, build, validation, implementation, and go-live of a $5M software project to establish a new LIS.• Designed and constructed LIS, reports and workflow for the first to market collaboration with Beckman-Coulter for the Prostate Health Index Test.
