Along with managing a telecom inventory, he worked to create Standard Operating Practices and a Request For Proposal for the management of the District's telecommunication portfolio. In addition he managed a real-estate portfolio that consisted of the following agencies owned and leased properties (DDOT, DMV, DCPR, DCPL, DISB, OSSE).
