Almost my entire life has been in retail. Grew up in family business with Mum and Dad both running retail stores growing up in NZ. I have a huge passion for people management, leadership, team growth, internal growth, sales and driving results. I also love training and development and ensuring consistent procedure/processes across my region.My two most recent roles being 7.5 years (2008-2015) at General Pants as a Store Manager across two Sydney stores and more recent (current) 5.5 years with Under Armour where I started as a store manager moving through into the district manager role looking after 6 stores across QLD and NSW.Very much driven towards seeing people flourish in their roles. Strong focus on people management. I have had numerous internal promotions under me including multiple team mates move from Casual into management. I like to enable my teams. I am tough but also fair. I have empathy but I also have logic.
