➢ Have to prepare monthly Financial and Management Reporting➢ Have to prepare cash flow projection➢ Have to Handle monthly closing activities (AP,AR,GL, stock)➢ Have to Perform monthly reconciliation for bank and inter company➢ Have to Prepare monthly CT(same as GST) submission and government questionnaires➢ Have to Liaise with Auditors, tax agent and related authorities➢ Have to checking sales data with ERP Software for Sales Summary➢ Have to Process and prepare Debit/ Credit Notes, Tax invoices and payments in system➢ Have to checking Accured account,Deferred Account,Prepaid Accounts➢ Have to checking Advance account➢ Have to checking Non Current Asset Register & Depreciation➢ Have to Perform Monthly Inventories reconciliation and reporting➢ Have to processing Promotion & FOC expense with ERP Software➢ Have to checking month-end accounting activities (Journal Entries)➢ Have to monitoring of financial transactions according to company policies & regulations and relevant IASs or IFRSs.➢ Have to deal with Internal Audit & External Audit➢ Have to perform Other ad-hoc duties as and when assignedAchievement :➢ Provide Monthly Report in Company Deadline➢ Provide Tax Submission to Government on Deadline➢ Provide accurate and correct information to Management decision
